多效唑提高草莓耐盐性的效应

【摘要】 应用土基质盆栽控盐的方法,研究施用不同浓度多效唑对盐(NaCl)处理草莓植株的生物学效应。结果表明,多效唑能减轻叶片的盐害,使植株保持一定的新根发生能力,增强叶片SOD活性,减少MDA的生成量,使膜透性变小;同时还可以促进叶片中可溶性糖的积累,保持水分的相对平衡,从而减轻渗透胁迫。但盐逆境下,草莓叶片的游离脯氨酸的增加可能是盐害的一个生理特征。

【Abstract】 Biological effects of paclobutrazol on strawberry (Fragaria ananassa Duch. cv. Hokoowase) under salt stress were studied with pot-grown seedlings in soil containing 0.2% NaCl (DW). Salt injury to strawberry leaves was decreased and the rootability of the plants maintained by paclobutrazol pretreatment in different dosages (concentrations). On the other hand, physiological tests indicated that paclobutrazol increased SOD activity and decreased MDA content, resulting in a lower membrane permeability in strawberry leaves under salt stress. Furthermore, paclobutrazol reduced also osmotic stress because it facilitated accumulation of soluble sugar and maintained relative water equilibrium in strawberry leaves under salt treatment. However, the increase of free proline in strawberry leaves under salt stress is regarded as a physiological character of salt injury.
