筛选和利用拮抗细菌防治水稻纹枯病
A Preliminary Study on Screening and Utilization of Antagonistic Bacteria for the Control of Rice Sheath Blight
【摘要】 土壤中存在着大量对水稻病原菌有抑制作用、对水稻生长有促进效果的有益微生物.从稻田土壤和水稻纹枯菌菌核上分离到312个细菌分离物,通过离体拮抗性能、细菌悬浮液对病原菌菌核萌发的抑制能力以及稻种细菌化防治纹枯病效果等试验,筛选到4个较理想的拮抗菌株91、31-2、23和204,它们将被用于大田小区试验,进一步测试其防治纹枯病的效果.
