【Abstract】 According to properties ol metallic-ions, principle of acid-base hardness and complexing stbility constants of complex, selection of complex agent for composite brush electroplating solution are discussed. Principles of selecting the complex agent are put forward. By these tests and researches on complex agent in Ni-Co-ZrO2 composite brush solution are selected. The first and the second complex agent and optimum prescription chosen from tests in the solution are determined.更多还原
