复合电刷镀溶液中络合剂的选择——镍钴二氧化锆刷镀溶液的研制
Selection of Complex Agent for Composite Brush Electroplating Solution——Development of Ni-Co-ZrO2 Composite Brush Electroplyte Plating Solution
【摘要】 本文根据金属离子的性质、软硬酸碱原则、络合物的络合稳定常数与其电极电位的关系,对如何选择复合刷镀溶液中的络合剂,进行了研究和探讨,提出了复合刷镀溶液中络合剂的选择原则,根据这些原则,对Ni—Co—ZrO2复合刷镀溶液中的络合剂进行了筛选分析和试验研究,确定了Ni-Co-ZrO2复合刷镀溶液中的第一和第二络合剂,并确定了Ni-Co-ZrO2复合刷镀溶液的优选配方。
【Abstract】 According to properties ol metallic-ions, principle of acid-base hardness and complexing stbility constants of complex, selection of complex agent for composite brush electroplating solution are discussed. Principles of selecting the complex agent are put forward. By these tests and researches on complex agent in Ni-Co-ZrO2 composite brush solution are selected. The first and the second complex agent and optimum prescription chosen from tests in the solution are determined.
