M2高速钢激光相变硬化层摩擦磨损特性的研究

【摘要】 研究了 M2高速钢激光相变硬化层的摩擦磨损特性,并对磨损机理进行了探讨。试验结果表明,与常规热处理相比,激光相变硬化层具有更高的强度、硬度和韧性,因而其抗咬合性、耐磨性显著提高。

【Abstract】 The tribology and wear characteristics and wear mechanism of lasertransformation hardened high speed steel M2 have been systematically studiedby means of wear tests in this paper.The experimental results show that thewear and scuffing resistances are considerably improved by laser transformationhardening compared with those conventionally heat treated due to the effectsof high hardness,strength and toughness.
