铁基高温合金循环加热过程中有序相的析出
ORDERED PHASE PRECIPITATED IN IRON-BASED SUPERALLOY UNDER THERMAL CYCLING TREATMENT
【摘要】 借助透射电镜研究了循环加热状态下铁基高温合金的相变过程,结果表明,实验合金在57℃到650℃之间循环热处理,当循环加热次数多于60次时,合金中析出有序相,该相的沉淀导致合金的硬化.
【Abstract】 Under thermal cycling treatment,phase-transformation in iron-based superalloy is studied by TEM.The results,indicate:The superalloy isheated upto 650℃,hold for 3 minutes,then air-cooled,and that is repeated formany times.When thermal cycling treatment times is over 60 times,the disorder-order transformation is generated.Ordered domains precipitated results in harden-ing of the alloy.
