25SiMnMoV钢原始组织遗传对力学性能的影响
EFFECT OF HEREDITY OF INITIAL STRUCTURE ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES IN 25SiMnMoV STEEL
【摘要】 研究了25SiMnMov 钢粗大原始组织(铁素体+珠光体、粒状贝氏体、板条马氏体)在快速加热条件下组织遗传现象。试验结果表明,粗大平衡组织及非平衡组织在快速加热条件下均发生组织遗传。钢中发生组织遗传并未使机械性能全面降低。特别是非平衡组织发生遗传后,仍能保持身好的强韧性,而且断裂韧性得到显著提高。
【Abstract】 The heredity of initial coarse structures(ferrite+pearlite,granu- lar bainite and lath martensite)which are heated at rapid rate is investigated in 25SiMnMoV steel.As a result of the experiment,the heredity occurs in fast-heated coarse equilibrium or non-equilibrium structures,which does not decrease the mechanical properties of the steel thoroughly.In particular,the strength and toughness remain high for non-equilibrium structures in which the heredity occurs,while the fracture loughness is increased remarkably.
