【摘要】 采用HRP追踪法,对成年大鼠膈神经运动纤维的起源和初级传入神经元胞体的位置及在其中枢突脊髓的投射进行了观察。结果表明,膈神经运动纤维在脊髓标记（膈核）主要分布在注射侧C₃-C₅脊髓节段的前角。隔神经感觉纤维初级传入标记的神经元见于注射侧C₃-C₆后根节,其中C₄标记的细胞数最多。更多还原

【Abstract】 The organization of the pherenic nerve in the rat was studied by utiizing the method of the trans port of the horseradish peroxidase, Application of HRP to the right pherenic nerve in the neck labelled column of the pherenic motor neurons was from C₃ to C₅ in the ipsilateral spinal cord,labelled motor neurons were primarily assembled in anterior gray horn of the spinal cord.The primary afferent neurons of the pherenic nerve were labelled in dorsal root ganglia C_3-6. The position of the pherenic nucleus and dorssl root ganglia segments of the primary afferent neurons of the rat′s pherenic nerve were discussed.更多还原
