脊神经节神经元周围突至肾及体壁的分支投射
DIVERGENT PRUJECTIONS OF PERIPHERAL PROCESSES OF SPINAL GANGLION NEURONS TO THE RENES AND SOMATIC
【摘要】 实验将快蓝(FB)和核黄(NY)分别注入大鼠左肾纤维膜下及左体壁神经干内,结果在荧光镜下发现左T9-13,L1脊神经后根节(DRG)内存在双标记细胞,提示大鼠T9-13,L1段DRG内的部分神经元的周围突分支支配肾及体壁,为肾绞痛所致牵涉痛的解释,提供了神经解剖学基础。
【Abstract】 Divergent projections of peripheral processes of thoraci-lumbal ganglionic neurons to the renes and somatic have been studied through fluorescein double labelling method. FB and NY were injected into the left rene and the left somatic nerves of the rats respectively. The left T9-13, L1-2 DRG are removed and cut into sections by cryostat. The sections are observed under fluorescent microscope and photographed. The results show the three kinds of neurons in the DRG ; (1) single FB labeled neurons ; (2) single NY labeled neurons ; (3) FB and NY double labeled neurons. Double labeled neurons account for 5.8% of total labeled neurons. Present study indicates the divergent projections of the peripheral processes of some spinal ganglion neurons and furthes indicates that these divergences can control both the renes and reletive somatic. This result has provides concrete morpholigical basis for the convergents of somato-visceral sensation in the spinal ganglia level, also for the mechamisms of referred pain.
