【Abstract】 In the region of stereologic quantitative analysis of cells,manualmeasurement is more complicated,inefficient and easier to cause manmade errors.Therefore,the authors used computer-based image processing system to carry outstereologic quantitative analysis of cells instead of manual measurement.In theuse of this system to process and measure the thousands of cross-section images,the results were similar to thosc obtained by manual measuring.It is suggestedthat this method has the advantages of rapidity,accuracy,and rcliability.更多还原
