【摘要】 作者对本院1985年10月至1990年10月收治的171例次细菌学阳性的医院内外下呼吸道感染进行回顾性对比分析.结果发现院内组88例,共分离出致病菌124株,革兰阴性菌占81.9%,院外组85例,共分离出致病菌105株,革兰阳性致病菌占55.3%;治愈率院内组31.6%,院外组80.3%(P<0.01):死亡率院内组为9.1%、院外组为2.4%(P<0.01);并分析了两组在抗生素敏感性、耐药率等方面的差异.更多还原

【Abstract】 Quantitative sputum culture,blood culture,pleural and other body fluid culture were used in a retrospective study of 171 cases of lower respiratory tract infections.86 cases of nosocomial infection and 85 cases of community acquired infection were analyzed compa- ratively.124 species of bacteria were isolated in nosocomial infection group.The predominant pathogens were Gram-negative bacilli(81.9%). 105 species were obtained in 85 cases of community acquired infection group whose Gram-positive streptococcus was 55.3%.Mortality was 9.1% in nosocomial infection group,and 2.4% in the other one (P<0.01). It is suggested that prognosis of nosocomial infection was worse than that of community acquired infection,and patients who had underlying di- seases and inappropriate antibiotic therapy became susceptible to noso- comial infection.更多还原
