【摘要】 作者采用绿枝扦插生根方法,在常规育苗条件下,获得了90％以上的生根率。试验结果表明,越桔绿枝扦插以腐苔藓基质最好,适宜的枝段长度为2～3芽,生根药剂以3000ppmIBA,1000ppmNAA效果较佳。另外,用一年生试管幼枝扦插苗绿枝扦插其效果优于多年生试管幼枝扦插苗绿枝或普通苗绿枝。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 90 percent of rooted cutting with softwood cutting propagation of blueberry has been gotten in general condition. The results showed sphagnum peat was the suitable medium; 2 to 3 buds of softwood was the suitable length; and 3000 ppm IBA and 1000 ppm NAA were the suitable root-promoting chemical for softwood cutting propagation of blueberry. Cuttings from one - year old tissue culture plants produced a higher percentage of rooted cutting and had well -developed root systems than those cuttings from more than one-year old tissue culture plants.更多还原
