【Abstract】 This paper studies isolation, identification and growing of organic acid - producing bacteria; Streptococcus faecium, Pediococcus acidilatica and Lactobacillus plant erum. The three special bacteria can grow in different pH condition and require different concentration of oxygen. They all can be used as biological antiseptic bacterium strains if they are combined and grown in the same condition.更多还原
