叉车货叉应力集中的实验研究
Experiment and Research on the Concentrated Stress Coefficient of Fork-lifter Forks
【摘要】 本文利用光弹性模拟实验法研究了叉车货叉的应力状态和应力集中问题。作者对几十种实验模型进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:货叉承受载荷时,其叉根部位应力集中严重;最大应力分布在沿与内圆角垂直中心线成60°角的内侧边界上;货叉叉根部位的内圆角半径R1对应力集中系数K值影响最显著;货叉厚度α对应力集中系数K值影响较显著。本实验为建立叉车货叉的应力集中系数K的经验公式提供了可靠的理论依据。
【Abstract】 The stress condition and concentrated stress coefficient of fork-lifter forks are studied by photoelastic technique. In the experiment, only sixty models are selected. Results show that, when the fork is subjected to load, the stress concentration at the fork root is severe. The maximum stress is situated at inner border. The inner fillet radius of fork root is most effective on concentrated stress coefficient K, but the thickness of fork-lifter is even more. The experiment offers the theoretical basis for establishing experiment formule of coefficient K.
