【摘要】 本文较系统地对芯型弹性联轴器进行了试验研究:对联轴器中的弹性件进行了运动分析、受力分析:通过台架试验得出了不同偏移对联轴器寿命的不同影响;提出了橡胶弹性件的失效形式及其转化以及判废的标准:并提出以失效形式转化时偏移量的临界值作为确定联轴器许用偏移量(静态)依据的观点。所得结论对以橡胶为弹性件的联轴器有共性意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 A systematic study on the core type elastic couplings was made. The movements and forces of the elastic elements of the couplings were analyzed t the effect of disalignment on the life of the couplings were examined by bench tests; the failure modes and their transition of the rubber elastic elements as well as the criterion for their dicard are proposed. A new view point on the critical disalignment occurred during the failure mode transition can be taken as the permissible disalignment (stationary state) is pressnted. The conclusions obtained have common meaning to couplings which use rubber as the elastic elements.更多还原
