石墨管表面性质对原子蒸气消失过程的影响
Influence of Surface Property of Graphite Tube on Dissipation of Atomic Vapor
【摘要】 本文提出一种原子蒸气消失过程的模型,并对原子蒸气消失受管表面性质的影响,被管表面吸附或相互作用形成化合物,导致原子消失偏离普通气体扩散规律进行了讨论。实验表明,管表面性质影响峰吸光度值,不影响峰面积。当分析物与管表面碳能形成化合物时,峰面积将受管表面性质的影响。石墨管表面修饰可抑制上述化合物的形成,有利于分析灵敏度的提高。
【Abstract】 The present paper narrates the model describing the dissipation process of the atomic vapor in graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, which gives an account of the interaction between the elements determined and the wall of the graphite tube. It can interpret the eases of both simple diffusion and diffusion complicated by analyte-carbon interaction. The experiments showed that the surface property of graphite tube had influence on the absorbance of peak height for the general elements, but not on that of the peak area. However, it wolud effect the absorbanee of the peak area if the elements form compounds with the surface carbon of graphite tube. The formation of the above compound was suppressed by the modifying surface of graphite tube. It is favourable to increase analytical sensitivities of the elements determined.
