Cr3+:LiNbO3晶体的光谱特性
Spectroscopic properties of Cr3+:LiNbO3 crystals
【摘要】 分别用分光光度计和激光感生荧光技术测量了Cr3+:LiNbO3晶体的吸收谱和荧光谱。测得晶体的晶场参数Dq/B=2.49,4T2与5E能级的能量差⊿=114cm-1,4T2-4A2跃迁的发射截面σ?=6.58×10-20cm2,荧光寿命τf=2μs。最后从理论上阐明了Cr3+在LiNbO3晶体中的能级结构。
【Abstract】 The absorption and fluorescence spectra of the Cr3+: LiNbO3 crystal was taken with a spectrophotometer and laser-indused fluorescence technique respectively. Following results were obtained: crystal field parameter Dq/B - 2.49, energy difference of 4T2 and -E states = 114cm-1, emission cross-section of 4T2-4A2 transition = 6.58x10-20em2; and fluorescence lifelime of 4T2-4A2 transition Tf = 2us. The energy level structure of Cr3+ in LiNbO3 crystals were also explined theoretically.
