激光热解法制备铁系超微粉
Ultrafine Fe and Fe/C particles formation via laser-induced chemical vapour pyrolysis
【摘要】 以10.6灿mCW CO2激光连续流动体系制备超微Fe粉和Fe/C粉,考察了过程参数对粉体性质的影响。
【Abstract】 Amorphous, submicron powders of Pe and Fe/C have been produced by irradiating Fe(CO)5/C3H4 and Fe(CO)5/C2H2/SF6 system with a CW CO2 laser. The effects of process parameters on the powder nature have been studied.
