【摘要】 采用功率为2kW级CO2连续可调式横流激光光源,对不同涂层的ZL109试样表面进行了激光熔凝的实验研究。

【Abstract】 Laser melting and solidification process on the surface of ZL109 cast alloy gamples with various coating layers has been investigated by using a 2 kW level, continuously adjustable transverse-flow CO2 laser. The experiments indicated that the wear-resistance of the treated samples is 2-1 times that of the untreated ones.
