斜直井游梁抽油机机构参数的优化设计
The Optimal Design of Mechanism Parameters of Pump Jack Slant Wells
【摘要】 利用混合离散变量优化方法(MDOD法)对斜直井后置式游梁抽油机的杆机构参数进行了优化设计。从斜直井游梁抽油机用于稠油开采且能耗小、重量轻方面考虑,提出了以运动指标及扭矩因数作为寻优的多目标函数,将悬点运动上快下慢,支架受力以及安装位置等设计要求作为约束条件,建立了优化设计的数学模型。经过优化计算,优选了斜直井(井斜角0~40°)后置式游梁抽油机的杆机构参数,可供有关设计人员参考。图3表2参4
【Abstract】 The optimal design of shaft mechanism parameters of pump Jack slant wells by using optimal methods of mix discrete variable and has been obtained. The multi-objective function whose optimizations base on the motion quota and torque factor is proposed, regarding to a pumping unit for slant wells used for recovering viscous oil, and its decrease of the worn energy and the weight. The mathematical model of optimal design is established, whose constraint conditions include the up-fast and down-slow motions at cantilever point and installing seat and others. Shaft mechanism parameters of the unit have been gained by optimizing calculation.
