微机控制自动调谐的NYAB自倍频激光器的研究

【摘要】 研制出国内第一台微机控制自动调谐的LD泵浦NYAB自倍频激光器。利用计算机控制激光器输出镜作二维扫描,精度达10-2度的量级。激光器产生0.531μm的线偏振绿色激光,基横模运转,阈值泵浦功率为14mW,输出功率达3.6mW,斜效率达3%,偏振度大于99.8%。

【Abstract】 A LD-pumped NYAB Self-Doubling laser with automatically tuning has been developed by computer controlling system. The output mirror of laser resonator is driven to scan in two demensions.and the stepper angle is reduced to10-2 degree. For the fundamental trasverse mode operation, the output power of 0.531μm green laser beam is 3.6mW and the threshold pumping power is 14mW. The slope efficiency is 3% and the polarization degree is larger than 99.8%.
