高掺镁铌酸锂晶体的临界和非临界相位匹配条件

【摘要】 基于掺5%克分子 MgO 的 LiNbO3晶体主折射率及温度系数的精确测量,计算了这种晶体的临界和非临界相位匹配条件,计算结果经实验验证,二者相当一致。

【Abstract】 Based on the accurate measurement of the principle ref- lective indices,temperature coefficient of LiNbO3 crystal doped with MgO of 5% mole,the critical and noncritical phase-mat- ching condition of the crystal are calculated in this paper.The calculation results are well fitted with experiments.
