同时锁模加调Q Nd:YAG激光器的研究
Study on Simultaneous Mode-locking and Q-switching Nd:YAG Laser
【摘要】 本文从理论上分析了均匀加宽Nd:YAG固体激光器的稳态锁模过程和同时锁模加调Q的原理。在谐振腔内插入声光锁模和调Q器件,实现了同时锁模加调Q运转,获得了最大峰值功率为84kW、脉宽为180ps的重复脉冲输出,使输出激光的峰值功率比单独锁模提高了10~3~10~4倍。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we described stable mode-locked process of the homogeneous broadening solid state lasets and the principle of simultaneously mode-locking and Q-switching. We have obtained the maximum pulse peak power in excess of 84kW with 120ps pulse width and pulse recurring at 200MHz.
