【摘要】 介绍了半导体二极管激光器泵浦固体激光器(DPL)的国际新进展和国内研究动态。指出它在单块集成微型激光器件、超短脉冲激光器注入种籽光源和高功率、大能量超级激光器研究中的潜在优势。用国产DH-LD和MQW-LD泵浦Nd:YAG、Nd:glass、Nd:YLF和NYAB固体激光器,得到激光输出。实现了DPL的增益开关效应、腔内倍频和自倍频。建立了DPL动力学计算机模拟,计算值与实验结果基本一致。

【Abstract】 Both international and internal advances in diode laser pumped solid state lasers are introduced. The potential advantage in the field of monolithic integrated laser, injection seed source for ultrashort pulse laser and super laser system with high power or large energy are indicated. The output of Nd:YAG, Nd:glase, Nd:YLF and NYAB laser were obtained by homemade DH-LD and MQW-LD pumping. The gain switching, intracavity doublng and self-frequency doubling were realized. The dynamical simulation was also set up, and the calculated values are in agreement with the experimental results.
