【摘要】 使用二台人工气候箱分别以25℃,28℃和31℃观察温度对公兔精液品质的影响,试验观察32天,共采精9次。结果以31℃影响较大,射精量少,精子活力低,甚至试兔死亡;高温对公兔影响的结果与个体间差异有关,有耐受性较强的,也有耐受性较差的,可为建立耐高温品系提供种质基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the difference of semen quality of adult male rabbits was studied in 25℃,28℃ and 31℃ within three climate chambers. Nine times semen collection was made during the 32 days experiment period. The results showed that the ejaculate yolume of the rabbits was less and the sperm motility was weaker in high temperature as 31℃ than in usual.Some rabbits even died from high temperature.Temperature tolerance was different among the adult male rabbits tested.Some had the strong heat tolerance and some were weak In high temperature.According toit,temperature tolerance breed can be fouded.更多还原
