转炉底部氧枪用固态冷却介质热性质的研究
THERMAL PROPERTIES ABOUT SOLID COOLANTS APPLIED TO BOTTOM TUYERE OF CONVFRTER
【摘要】 测定了硼泥及三种天然碳酸盐物质的分解热、物理热、导热系数及熔化温度。结果表明,四种物质总吸热量在1413~3641 kJ/kg之间,与甲烷、液化石油气的裂解热及煤粉的物理热在同一数量范围,均可以作为底吹氧枪的固态冷却介质。
【Abstract】 The decomposition enthalpies, physical enthalpies, coefficients of heat conductivity and melting temperatures of boro-sludge and other three natural carbonate containing materials were measured and determined. The results show that the total endothermal enthalpies of these four materials are between 1413 and 3641 kJ/kg, which is in the same range with the cracking enthalpies of methane, liquid oil gas and physical enthalpy of coal powder. Therefore, these four materials can be used as solid coolants for bottom tuyere of converter.
