从盐湖卤水结晶硼酸的新工艺研究
NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR CRYSTALLIZING BORIC ACID FROM THE BRINE OF SALT LAKE
【摘要】 利用反应结晶原理,研究了室温酸化盐湖卤水直接结晶硼酸的新工艺。通过控制pH值、酸化速度、搅拌速度和加入添加剂等条件,维持卤水中硼酸的过饱和度,改善硼酸的成核速率和生长速率,而结晶出纯硼酸。进行了全流程循环试验,硼收率79%,对盐湖硼资源开发有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of reaction crystallization, a new technology of direct crystallization of boric acid from the brine of salt lake by acidification at room temperature. The supetsaturability of boric acid in brine is kept and the rate of crystal formation and growth are improved through controlling the reaction conditions such as pH value, acidification rate, stirring speed and addition of certain additives etc. so that pure product is produced. The circulation experiments on fullflowsheet show that the recovery of boron is 79%.
