【摘要】 本文采用一种新的遗传参数——相关遗传力,对陆地棉绒长、铃重、籽指、衣分进行了相关遗传研究,进而对各性状的遗传力和相关遗传力进行了通径分析和主成分分析.结果表明,各性状的遗传力均大于与其他性状的相关遗传力,其中以绒长和衣分的遗传力最大,早代选择可收到良好效果.铃重、籽指、衣分与绒长的相关遗传力为负值,在F₂代对铃重、籽指、衣分选择时,将会导致F₃代绒长的负向效应.F₂代铃重对F₃代衣分的直接作用较大.籽指通过铃重对F₃代衣分的间接作用亦十分明显.更多还原

【Abstract】 Using a new kind of genetic parameter of correlative heritability,correlative hereditary research was made for the upland cotton about its staple, poll weight,seed index and lint. According to the research,the path analysis and main composition analysis was carried out for heritability of various characters and correlative heritability. The results showed that the heritability it various characters were stronger than the correlative heritability of other characters,the heritability of staple and lint was the biggest among these characters and better effect can be obtained in the early generation selection. The correlative heritability among boll weight,seed index and lint and staple was negative . In the selection process for boll weight,seed index and lint in F2 generation,the negative effect of staple in F3 generation can be caused. The direct effect of boll weight in F2 generation to lint in F3 generation was bigger . Through boll weight,the indirect effect of seed index fo lint in F3 generation was quite obvious.更多还原
