【摘要】 此项研究采用数量性状的多元分析法对21个啤酒大麦杂交亲本的8个性状指标进行了主成分分析和聚类分析.分析结果划分为:Ⅰ.中早熟、穗粒数多、粒重高、麦穗长的品系;Ⅱ.中熟、粒重较高的品系;Ⅲ.中熟偏早、粒重中等的品系;Ⅳ.偏早熟.粒重偏低的品系;Ⅴ.中熟、粒重低的品系共五大类.据此认为,确定杂交亲本时,应从遗传差异大的类群间选取综合性状优良、抗逆性强、主成分互补的亲本进行组配,以提高啤酒大麦多目标育种水平与杂交后代选择的准确性.更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of multielement analysis of quantity character,8 character indexs of 21 malting barley cross-parents, has been made by a main composition and cluster analysis. The result falls into 5 categories; 1. the strain of middle early ripening stage, more grains per ear, heavier weight per grain, longer ear. 2 . the strain of middle ripening stage, more weight per grain. 3. the strain of early middle ripening stage, middle weight per grain. 4 .the strain of inclined early ripening stage, lower weight per grain. 5 . the strain of middle ripening stage and low weight per grain. In veiw of above, we think : In determining crossparents, these parents mnst be selected with better comprehensive charcters, strong resistance, main composition mutual-supplement to make up gametes for raising breed level of malting barley more goals and accuracy of selecting cross descendants.更多还原
