【摘要】 从IBD爆发地分离出两株IBDV——LT0490和LC1090,二者的临床症状和病理变化不同,蚀斑测定毒价分别为4×10~7PFU/ml与3×10~7PFU/ml;制成细胞灭活疫苗,室内试验平均保护率为86.66%;用两株病毒人工感染鸡的法氏(?)制成组织灭活苗保护率为98.71%～100%;高免蛋黄液室内试验治愈率为92.0%.对该病应从主动免疫、被动免疫和加强卫生管理及治疗并发症等方面进行综合性防治.更多还原

【Abstract】 Two strains of IBD ( LT0490 and LC1090)have been separated in the contaminated areas. The two show differences in both clinical sympton and pathology; the values of PFU are 4 x107PFU/ml and 3X107 PFU/ml respectively .The average ratio of experimental protection is 86.7% in the form of cellular vaccine sterilized .On the other hand, the rate of protection is 08.7% by making the bursae, which are artificially infected with the tow strains. The cure ratio of experiment with liquid of yolk superimmcnized is 92.0%.The paper suggests that comprehensive measures of prophylaxis and treatment de taken in active and passive immunity, hygienie mangement and treatment of comitans symptoms.更多还原
