毛细管色谱/质谱测定Wittig反应产物的顺反比值
DETERMINATION OF Z/E RATIO OF WITTIG REACTION PRODUCT BY CAPILLARY COLUMN GC/MS
【摘要】 采用GC/MS法,测定了不同的反应条件下,Wittig反应产物1-氯-4-(2-苯基乙烯基)-苯的22种顺反异构体的比值,定量分析中采用质谱选择离子检测方式。结果表明:本法具有灵敏度高,定量准确可靠的特点。
【Abstract】 Twenty-two different Z/E ratios of wittig reaction product, 1-chloro-4-(2-phenylethenyl)-benzene, have been determined by testtig technique method of GC/MS. Mass Spectra’ s Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM) is used for quantitative analysis. The resuits show that the method is highly sensitive, quantitative and reliable.
