谷壳流化床流化特性及传热特性

【摘要】 本文介绍了谷壳流化床流化特性和传热特性的试验研究结果.试验是用一定量的砂粒加入不同分额的谷壳作为床料.试验得出了谷壳流化床的临界流化准则关联式及与水平埋管之间放热系数沿床高和床宽的变化规律和放热系数大小与流化速度、谷壳体积分额之间的关系.

【Abstract】 Fnergy shortage and environmental protection are two problems confronting the present-day world. More and more attention is being paid to the husk combustion in fluidized beds for combined steam and electricity generation. The fluidization characteristics and heat transfer of a husk-sand fluidized bed are described. The correlation of minimum fluidization velocity, umf=0.334 6dp0.56v-0.04[(rp-rg)/rg]0.52, is obtained. In addition, the variations of heat transfer coefficient along the bed height and bed width and the effects of the fluidization velocity and the fraction of volume of husk on the heat transfer coefficient between the bed and the horizontal immersed tube are also investigated. The results are found to be useful to the design of the combustion boiler with a husk fluidized bed.
