防止PWM逆变器直通短路的原理及应用
Protection against Short-Circuit between the Upper and Lower Switches of Each Leg in Inverters
【摘要】 本文提出了通过上下桥臂开关电流互访与联锁、故障断诊、故障处理与记忆等措施,消除PWM逆变器上下桥臂同时直通短路的新原理,并提供了实验验证的结果.
【Abstract】 By measuring the currents in the upper and lower switches of the same leg in invertens, a new method of protecting against short-circuit in the leg is proposed. The interlock between the upper and lower switches and fault diagnosis can be performed automatically by hardware in each switching command. If a fault appears, the fault message will be latched for display and to disable the inverters in order to avoid very large overcurrent which could damage power transistors. Test results show that the method proposed can greatly improve the reliability of inverters.
