温度场和浓度场双激光全息干涉测量的误差分析
An Error Analysis for Temperature Field and Density Field Measurement with Laser Holographic Interferometry
【摘要】 本文讨论了用双激光全息干涉法测量温度场和浓度场的误差问题,分析了各种误差来源及其计算方法,指出了扩束器和成像透镜的色差是引起测量误差的主要原因.文中还给出了修正误差的方法.
【Abstract】 The error in the temperature field and density field measurement with laser holographic interferometry is discussed. The sources of error and methods of error calculation are proposed. The defect of the beam expander and chromatic aberrations are found to be the main error sources. Methods for dorrecting the error are given.
