海洋平台T、Y、K及搭接K型管接头的弹塑性有限元分析

【摘要】 本文应用简单及具有较高计算效率的塑性节点法进行了管接头的弹塑性有限元分析。为了求解管接头的极限强度、安全系数和塑性场扩展的情况,文中就四种不同的管接头详细地研究了从弹性直至极限状态时,它们的弹塑性行为、热点的应变、交贯线处的应变集中系数和塑性区的扩展。计算结果与实验吻合较好,表明文中的分析是可行且可靠的。

【Abstract】 A simple and efficient method-plastic node method is applied to elasto-plastic finite element analysis of tubular joints. Four different joints are studied here in detail for elastoplastic behavior, strain at hot spot, strain concentration factor, and propagation of plastic region leading up to collapse in order to determine ultimate strength ( the strength corresponding to first appearance of plastic flow of the joint) , safety factor and development of plastic field, The good agreement between the present and experimental results illustrates that the present analysis is versatile and reliable.
