【Abstract】 Two cases of central pain treated with sterotaxic radio frequency tnermocoagulation were reported. We related operating method briefly, put forward the mechanism of central pain and the principle of the treatment. Author think that sterotaxic radio-frequency thermocoagulation of median central nucleus of the thalamus has little invasion, good analgesic effect and no complications, it is an ideal analgesic operating method.更多还原
