【摘要】 本文收集355例胃远端胃癌病例,按普通根治和选择性根治Ⅲ式手术分成2组,通过2组疗效对比,指出选择性R₃手术在影响术后5年生存率的各因素中均占有明显优势。文章回顾性的总结出影响远期疗效的内外因素,并阐明了提高胃癌术后远期疗效的措施及对中晚期胃癌施行选择性根治Ⅲ式手术的必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are 355 cases of carcinoma of distal end of stomach treated with radical resection from May 1975 to April 1984 collected in this essay which are divided into 2 groups according to 2 different types operation; One is the common type radical resection and the other is a selective radical type 3（R₃）. Their therepeutic effects are compared. Essay recalls and concludes the internal and external factors effecting the survival rates and points out the selective R₃ resection is obviously better than the common radical ones. Authors also describes the proceedures for increasing the survival rates and the necessity of selective R₃ resection for progressive gastric cancer and expecting some ideal chemotherapy for clinical application.更多还原
