DCC法测定正常骨和骨恶性肿瘤组织雌激素及孕激素受体
Measurement of the Estrogen and Progesterone Receptors in Humen Normal Bone and Malignant Bone Tumors by DCC Method
【摘要】 采用葡聚糖-活性炭单点饱和分析法(DCC)测定13例正常人骨组织,10例恶性骨肿瘤组织(其中转移性癌3例)的雌激素及孕激素受体(ER、PR)之含量。结果显示,正常骨组织ER和PR平均含量分别为2.96±1.51和21.74±23.44fmol/mg蛋白,恶性骨肿瘤组织ER和PR含量为5.49±8.15和10.05±9.88fmol/mg蛋白。正常骨组织1例ER阳性(7.6%),2例PR阳性(15.3%);恶性骨肿瘤组织2例ER阳性(20%),4例PR阳性(40%)。初步结果提示,性激素受体与人骨组织代谢有一定关联,骨组织细胞恶变后,其ER和PR数量要发生改变。某些骨肿瘤有内分泌治疗的可能。
【Abstract】 Thirteen cases of normal human bones and 10 cases of malignant bone tumors were assayed for estrogen and progesterone receptors (ER, PR) by Dextran-coated charcoal single point method (DCC). The results showed that the mean ER and PR in normal bone tissues were 2.96 + 1,51 and 21.74 + 23.44fmol/mg. protein respectively; in the tissues from malignant bone tumors were 5.49 + 8.15 and lo.05 + 9.88fmol/mg. protein,respectively. The percentage of positive score fo ER and PR in normal bone tissues were 7.6% and 15.3%, respectively,and that of ER and PR in tissues from the malignant bone tumors were 20% and 40% respectively. Our study suggested that the sex hoemone receptor correlate with the metabolism of human bone tissue. The concentrations of ER and PR in bone tissues would undergo changes when the tissues became malignant. Some bone tumors might have a possibility for endocrine therapy.
