几种新的青霉素类及氨基糖甙类药物对尿糖测定的干扰研究
INTERFERENCE OF NEW PENICILLINS AND AMINOGLYCOSIDES WITH URINE GLUCOSE MONITORING TESTS
【摘要】 本文研究了四种新的国产青霉素类及二种氨基糖甙类药物对斑氏还原法及葡萄糖氧化酶试纸法测定尿糖的影响。结果表明青霉素类药物能干扰斑氏法测定结果,干扰作用与被测液中药物浓度和葡萄糖浓度有关。氨基糖甙类药物不干扰斑氏法测定。葡萄糖氧化酶试纸法测定尿糖均不受上述两类药物干扰。
【Abstract】 The effect of penicillins(piperacillin,carbenicillin,amoxycillinand cloxacillin)and aminoglycosides(ri-bostamycin and micronomicinu)made inChina on the accuracy of Benedict’s andthe glucose oxidase paper test determin-atious of glycosuria was studied.Falsely elevated Benedict’s readingswere obtained with the penicillins.Thesereadings were influenced by the concen-tration of the penicillins and glucose.The aminoglycosides had no effect onBenedict’s detetminations.None of thedrugs interferfered With glucose oxidasepaper test readings.Because the Benedict—penicillin int-eraction is unpredictable,Benedict resultsshould be rechecked using glucose oxid-ase paper test for glycosuria in patientsreceiving penicillins.Two test srudied canbe used to test for glycosuria in patientsreceiving one of the aminoglycosides.
