泥胡菜挥发油化学成份的分析
STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS IN THE VOLATILE OIL OF HEMISTEPTA LYRATA BUNGE
【摘要】 从泥胡菜(Hemistepta Lyrata Bunge)地上部分的水蒸汽蒸馏所得的挥发油,经气相色谱—质谱分析检出37个组分,鉴定了其中30个成分,其中α—丁香烯和2,6,10-三甲基碳十二烯-6含量分别为22%和20.3%。这些成分均系首次自该植物中分出并鉴定的。
【Abstract】 Chemical constituents of essential oil have been distilled with steam from the airyparts of Hemistepta Lyrata Bunge, thirty components were identified by GC and GC-MS, Among them the major constituents are α-caryophyllene (22.0%) and 6-dodecene, 2、6、10-trimethyl (20.3%).
