【Abstract】 Carboxymathyloxime of afla-toxin B₁ （AFB₁）was synthesized by refluxingAF B₁ with carboxymethoxylamine hemi-hydrochloride for 4 hours in the presenceof pyridine. AF B₁-BSA（antigen） was madesuccessfully by coupling AF B₁-oxime withbovine serum albumin（BSA） in the presenceof a water soluble carbodiimide. The rab-bits were immunized with the artificialimmunogen which had been purified by di-alysis. The titers of antisera were dater-mined by indirect enzyme-linked immuno-sorbant assay （ELISA） which was develo-ped by ourselves. The highest titer was1: 100 000.更多还原
