β-谷甾醇及其葡萄糖甙抗大鼠实验性胃溃疡的研究

【摘要】 本文报道β-谷甾醇及其葡萄糖甙抗大鼠实验性胃溃疡的活性。胃溃疡模型选用慢性乙酸诱发型和冷浸应激型。实验结果显示,β-谷甾醇及其葡萄糖甙均有抗慢性乙酸型胃溃疡的活性,其中β-谷甾醇效果似更好。两者的效果均与胃舒平和甲氰咪胍联用相似。β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖甙还具有明显抗冷浸应激型胃溃疡活性,而胃舒平和甲氰咪胍联用则无此活性。

【Abstract】 β-sitosterol-β-D-glucoside andits aglycone (the major constituent of theseed oil of Hippophae rhamnoides L.)wereinvestigated for their antigastroulcerativeactivity in rats. Two experimental gastriculcer models were selected:chronic aceticacid-induced ulcers and coldstress-inducedulcers. Both the glucoside and its aglyconeshowed antiulcerative activity in chronicacetic acid-induced gastric ulcer models,and their effects were at least comparableto the effects of wishupin in combinationwith cimetidine. The effect of aglycone ap-pears better than the glucoside’s. Glucosidealso showed visibly antiulcerative effectson coldstress-induced ulcers, but wishupincombined with cimetidine did not havesuch effects.
