一种碳酸氢根显色体系
A Color Development System for Bicarbonate Ion
【摘要】 新化合物1。3-N,N’-双-[4-(4’-硝基苯偶氮)苯基]异方酸二酰胺(BNBPS)的DMSO-H2O溶液是阴离子HCO3-的良好显色剂.提供了一种用直接分光光度法分析HCO3-的新方法.试液的pH为7.8—9.5时,HCO3-与显色剂作用迅速,显色剂由红变蓝(△λ=108nm),并有稳定的有色化合物生成(2h内吸光度不变),λmax=638nm,δ638=2×1044 L·mol-1·cm-1,线性关系良好,显色剂选择性好,常见阳离子在较大范围内不显色,Cl-,Br-,I一和NO3-在较大量范围内不干扰.
【Abstract】 Compound 1, 3-N, N-bis-4-(4’-nitro binzenediazo) phenyl squaraine (BNBPS) In DMS0-H2O solution is a fine colour reagent for HCO3-1. A new method using spectrophotometric determination of HCO3-1 is developed. This compound reacts with HCO3-1 In DMSO-H2O solution rapidly and forms a stable complex. The colour of solution is changed from red to blue (△λ=108nm) at pH 7.8-9.5 and the colour of system can remain for 2h. The maximum absor-ption is at 638nm with a molar absorptivity of 2xl04L·mol-1’cm-1.The linear absorbance concentration relationship is held in 5—30μg/10mL HCO3-1. Common cations as well as anions, such as Cl-, Br-, I-, and NO3-1, do not interfere within a wide concentration range.
