【Abstract】 5’-O-N-Protected deoxynucleoside-3’-O-β-cyanoethyl-N,N-diisopropyl phosphoramidite wasprepared from protected deoxynucleoside and 2-cyanoethyl-bis(N,N-diisopropyl)phosphoramidit(?)with non-sublimed tetrazole as the catalystat atmospheric temperature.The products gavevery good results when applied to automatic solidphase DNA synthesizer.更多还原
