催化光度法测定粮食和豆类作物中的痕量锰

【摘要】 研究了用锰催化高碘酸钾氧化结晶紫退色和氮川三乙酸作活化剂的新指示反应。方法的选择性高,室温时其 Sandell 灵敏度为2.32×10-5μg/mL Mn,线性范围为63.5~380.7ng/26.2mL Mn。本法已用于粮食和豆类作物中痕量锰的测定,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 In this article a new indicator reaction is de-veloped on the basis of manganese-catalysed oxi-dation of crystal violet by potassium periodatewith the use of nitrilotriacetic acid as an activa-tor.The method has high selectivity,its Sandellsensitivity is 2.32×10-5 μg/mLMn,and its linearrange is 63.5~380.7 ng/26.2 mLMn at roomtemperature.It has been applied to determinetrace amounts of Mn(Ⅱ)in grain and legumecrops with excellent results.
