【摘要】 比较了58例(男性30例,女性28例)无牙颌患者和配对(年龄、体重)的有牙颌者的桡骨骨矿含量,结果发现女性无牙颌患者的骨矿含量明显低于配对组(P<0.01),男性无牙颌患者的骨矿含量与配对组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。作者认为无牙颌牙槽骨吸收与骨质疏松有密切关系,牙槽骨吸收的性别差异可能源于骨质疏松发病的性别差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article the BMC(bone mineral content)of right radius was compared betw-een the edentulous and their age and weight-matched dentulous.There were 58 edentulouspatients,30 males,28 females,Comparison of age and weight between two groups show-ed no statistical significance(P>0.01).BMC of the right radius was measured by r-ab-sorptionmetry.The comparison showed that BMC of females edentulous patients are lowerthan that in control group significantly(P<0.01),but there was no statisticalsignificance between two male groups(P>0.01).It is suggested that the sexual diff-erence of the comparison probably results from the sexual difference of the incidenceof osteoporosis.RRR(resorption of residual ridge)is affected by multiple factors,and thesystemic factor is an important one.It is necessary to study the relationship betweenRRR and osteoporosis furtherly.更多还原
