功能矫形前伸下颌后幼年大鼠下颌前伸肌的超微结构观察
The Changes of Ultrastructure in LPM and SMM to Mandibular Functional Protrusion in Growing Rats
【摘要】 运用扫描电镜和透射电镜的方法,在幼年大鼠功能矫形前伸下颌后,观察翼外肌和浅层嚼肌的超微结构变化。结果表明翼外肌线粒体数量增多,体积增大,肌糖原减少。浅层嚼肌线粒体肿胀,数量减少。证实了翼外肌和浅层嚼肌代谢方式的转化不同。
【Abstract】 By using methods of TEM and SEM,this study observed the ultrastructure of thelateral pterygoid muscles(LPM)and the superficial masseter muscles(SMM)in twelve5-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats.The experimental animals were wore protrusive-type appliances for 12 hours a day.The results showed that mitochondrions in LPM incr-eased both in number and size,which raised oxidative capacity of this muscles.The factthat mitochondrions in SMM swelled,and the cristaes of some mitochondrions degenerationrevealed that a lower oxidative capacity exsisted in SMM.
