【摘要】 来自细胞系 BCaCD885的颊癌细胞胞体大,集落形成力弱,生长代谢活跃,而来自细胞系 TCa8113的舌癌细胞则相反。电镜揭示:前者细胞膜除微绒毛外,还见分泌物质及纤毛样结构,胞浆细胞器分化发育良好,见许多张力细丝;后者胞浆分化差,见大量分散的核糖体。糖原、角蛋白和角化珠等上皮细胞合成产物在颊癌细胞的种植瘤中见到,而舌癌细胞的未见。故 BCaCD885细胞系具备分化潜能,存在终末分化途径,是一分化程度较高的鳞状上皮癌株。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cells from cell line BCaCD885 were large in size,with weak latency of colonyformation and active metabolism,but cells from cell line TCa8113 were contrary to that.Ultrastructure studies revealed the difference that the former had cilium-like protrusions,secretions,Golgi apparatus,tonofilaments,and the later had poorly differentiated cyto-plasm with full of ribosomes.The produce of epthelial cell,such as glycogen,keratin,andkeratinization pearl were expre(?)sed by the cells from cell line BCaCD885 at the transplan-tation tumor,but none of these were presented in the cells from cell line TCa8113,suggesting the existence of a terminal differentiation pathway and potental in cellsfrom cell line BCaCD885更多还原
