【摘要】 本实验通过将体外培养的人唾液腺腺样囊性癌 ACC—2细胞接种于24只裸小鼠皮下,造成种植瘤模型。观察了钙桔抗剂维拉帕米(VP)与杭癌药米托蒽醌(DHAD)合用对 ACC—2细胞种植瘤的抑瘤效果。结果表明,VP(50mg/kg)明显增强 DHAD(2mg/kg)对ACC—2细胞种植瘤生长的抑制作用,抑瘤率由单用 DHAD 的57.9%提高到88.4%。对用药后种植瘤组织的病理学观察也证实 VP 确实能增强 DHAD 对 ACC—2细胞种植瘤的杀伤力。VP 与 DHAD 合用对裸小鼠心、肝、肾等脏器无明显毒性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The antitumor effect of combined use of DHAD and VP was examined in adenoidcystic carcinoma transplanted to BALB/CA athymic nude mice.The retardation of tu-mor growth was observed in the group to which DHAD was administered at 2mg/kg,ip.The inhibitory rate of tumor growth was 57.9%.When VP(50mg/kg.ip.)was adm-inistered with DHAD,the inhibitory rate increased to 88.4%.The pathologic examinat-ion of transplanted tumors also proved the tumoricidal-enhancing effect of VP.Thecombined use of VP and DHAD had no toxic effect on normal organs of nude mice.更多还原
