提高国产中变催化剂利用率的途径
The Way to Improve the Effectiveness of Hight-Temperature W G S CatalySt
【摘要】 计算结果表明,各种型号的国产中变催化剂如采用活性集中于表层的分布形式,在目前工况下可使催化剂的有效因子得到显著提高,催化剂用量仅为目前的60%~70%。因此,改变中变催化剂的活性分布形式是提高其利用率的有效途径。
【Abstract】 The calculating results show that the effectiveness factors of high-temperature water gas shift (WGS) reaction catalysts may increase evidently, and the amount of catalyst used may decreased to 60%~70% under present production condition, if it is adopted that the active components of catalystis distributed on its surface. So to change the activity distribution of high-temperature shift reaction catalyst is a effective way to increase its utility.
