氦氖激光选育龟裂链霉菌的研究

【摘要】 报道了氦氖激光及其与氯化锂复合选育龟裂链霉菌(Streptomycesrimosus)的研究结果.在相同实验条件下,氦氖激光辐照比氦氖激光与氯化锂复合的效果好.在氦氖激光辐照后,曾获得实验高产株5221,发酵单位比未辐照的提高5%.

【Abstract】 The study of selection with He-Ne laser or He-Ne laser plus lithium chloride instreptomyces rimosus is reported. Under identical experiment conditions, the irradiationwith He-Ne laser is better than that with He-Ne laser plus lithium chloride. After irradia-tion with He-Ne laser, experimental high-production strain 5221 was obtained. Its unit offermentation was increased by 5% as compared with the control.
